Pump and valve industry

Fenix Industries fabricates various parts and industrial pumps for the pump and valve industry. Fluids that are moved by pumps can be corrosive, such as seawater or certain chemicals. Therefore, selecting the right material is a crucial step in ensuring that a pump can operate for a long time. Consequently, we also work in accordance with stringent quality systems. At Fenix Industries, we are also happy to work with you on the development of complex parts.

Valves and industrial pumps

For casting valves and pump parts, we use aluminium-bronze alloys. These alloys are highly resistant to seawater and have excellent mechanical properties. The corrosion resistance of aluminium-bronze is largely attributable to the formation of a thin, self-protective oxide layer on the surface of the material. In addition, the material can be cast into complex shapes relatively easily, which simplifies the casting of complex pump parts.
