Aluminium die casting

Fenix Industries is a specialist in aluminum die casting. For over 50 years, we have been producing high-quality castings. Our aluminum foundry in the Netherlands is equipped to manufacture both complex parts and large series. How can we help you?

The production of aluminum castings

Our aluminum foundry utilizes craftsmanship and the latest technology to create a high-quality casting. This is done through the sand casting and die casting processes. Die casting is used for series production from about 500 pieces. For large quantities, it is more cost-effective than sand casting. The casting process is tailored to customer demand and will not be the same in every situation.

Various industries

For more than 50 years, we have been producing high-quality castings for a wide range of industries. Consider, for example, machine construction, pump and valve industry, shipbuilding, and infrastructure. We also collaborate with artists, design agencies, (local) governments, and architectural firms to produce unique aluminum (art) objects.

Always the highest quality

At Fenix Industries, we take pride in delivering the highest quality. Based on your industry, application, and quality requirements, we select the most suitable aluminum alloy. If desired, your product can be fully finished and ready for assembly.

Fenix Industries is keen to collaborate with you in the development of a casting, so we can significantly improve the manufacturability of the product, reduce the chance of error, and lower costs.
